Meat & Company is a family-owned scratch kitchen in the heart of Niskayuna, NY. We serve hot sandwiches, smoked meats, soups, salads, mac & cheese, and fresh-cut chips Monday–Friday. Every Saturday, we switch to a full Texas-style BBQ menu featuring hand-sliced brisket, pulled pork, beef ribs, St. Louis ribs, and half chickens. Meats are cooked low and slow, sliced to order. BBQ catering available any day of the week for weddings, parties, and corporate events. Open Mon–Sat, 11am–8pm.

Stopped for a late lunch today with my kids! First impressions were awesome! I adore the moody and natural earth tones that greet you as you walk in the door. Everything was clean, staff was smiling and ordering was easy. Our sandwiches were delicious, and the portion size was perfect! Can't wait to come back and try the Mac & cheese!
I'd also like to say a quick thank you to the business owner; for being earth conscience! We brought our sandwiches home in your to-go containers, which I was then able to put right in my compost bin when we were done. Zero waste!! Even our cute canvas take-out bag was made with recycled cotton. Good on you for taking steps to lower your carbon footprint! My family and I will be back for sure.

My family had the pleasure of eating from Meat and Co. for the second time the other day. We ordered the 2 meats with smoked turkey and brisket Mac and cheese and a split order of wings. They dont miss on the smoked meats I must say however the Mac and cheese lacked seasoning. I would suggest salting the water like the ocean and seasoning the cheese before incorporating the pasta and noodles together. Also the BUFFaQ wings are to DIE for....sooooo delicious but the K pop wings....not so much our cup of tea. The chips were amazing as well. We did get our order to go but walking in the aura seemed very welcoming and the staff was very friendly. I see they have a Saturday menu and look forward to trying the black eyed peas.Thanks for the quality food and service.

Been hearing a lot about the BBQ from here lately, definitely lived up to the expectations. Tried the Brisket, Pulled Pork, Turkey, Cornbread, Mac n Cheese, and the Beans. All the meat was cooked well, all tender and juicy, the turkey shocked me the most by how moist it was still. The beans were really good and would definitely recommend them. The Mac was super creamy and good. The cornbread is super moist and was good. Definitely want to come back and try the Pastrami sandwich, as they apparently sell out everyday and eventually try the wings too. Also saw they did beef ribs before and would definitely try to get here for 1 of those, especially after seeing how tender and moist the other meats were.
